There is an estimated time frame for the shipment pick up and delivery that falls within business hours (9am-5pm). Please be aware that the pick-up and delivery times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.
If a pickup is missed, we maintain careful records and promptly reschedule it for the same day if the cutoff time for pickups in that area has not yet passed or reschedule it for the next business day.

Please make your shipment ready by affixing labels on it before the driver comes for collection. The driver is unable to access the printer during the shipment collection process. Hence, kindly book your shipment in the morning before 10 am to schedule pick up on the same business day or the day prior to the pickup date. Yes, this is called Warranty Coverage and this is not included in the shipping cost.

Yes, drivers will not accept shipment without a collection label attached on the shipment.
Drivers will pick up your shipment from your address and are unable to call each customer before collecting shipment. However, they will ring your doorbell for a house address pick up. When you’re in a high-rise building, the drivers will buzz you on the intercom. They will come straight to the reception area or mail room for a business address pick up.
The driver will pick up your shipment from the front door of a house and from the concierge at the high-rise building. They won’t come upstairs to your room.
Unfortunately, they are unable to carry your boxes, neither will walking long with heavy boxes and your participation in carrying your shipment are required.
