2. Is it a new property? If the address is a newly built estate or a house recently converted into apartments, the postcode and street data might not be officially indexed yet.
3. Search by street: Try entering just the street name and state to narrow down the local area.

An alias address is a historic or alternative name for a property (such as “Seaview Cottage” or a specific building name) that is not technically required for postal purposes. While you can include a building name, couriers and postal services primarily rely on the official street number, street name, suburb, and postcode to route your parcel.

To ensure your package travels through the courier network smoothly, always use the standard Australian addressing format.
