You will be expecting an email from us with a collection label attached to it and instructions on how to prepare your shipment before the driver arrives. The shipping label will be emailed to you on the following business day for after-business hours booking.
Please follow the email instructions to get your shipment ready before the arrival of the driver to avoid additional futile charges. Please bring your shipment at the ground floor or to the concierge for a unit address shipment collection of a high-rise building before the arrival of the driver. For any changes such as changing pickup date or if you need adequate time to print shipping labels etc., please notify us by email.
