First, we anticipate delays in our delivery services due to the challenging weather conditions affecting the Sydney metro area and parts of the NSW eastern coastline. Heavy rainfall and challenging road conditions have made it difficult for our drivers to maintain regular delivery schedules. Safer deliveries during this time are our top priority, and we are working diligently to ensure all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
Additionally, our delivery partner, Aramex, has stated that several staff members at the Penrose depot have tested positive for COVID-19. Consequently, deliveries across Auckland suburbs will be delayed. Please refer to their Network Service Updates page to learn more about the specific delays.
