I believe you are having a great day. In the previous email, we updated you regarding the weather disruption that led to submerged rail lines and transit delays. Today, we will update you on recent situations.
To begin with, we are pleased to inform you that the rail services have now reopened. However, the authorities have advised that transit times from the East Coast may experience delays of up to 5 days compared to the usual 3 days. This delay is due to the freight backlog that needs to be cleared.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working diligently to minimise the impact on your shipments.
Also, another update that requires attention is that our Perth Depot is expecting to receive three containers today. These containers have been stuck in transit since March 6th. Please be assured that we will prioritise this shipment and make every effort to deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
