In all the excitement, we just wanted to give you a heads-up. Due to this delightful overlap of festivities, our customs clearance process is currently experiencing a bit of a backlog. These lined-up festivities are the reason for the delay.
Unfortunately, there is currently an average delay of 2-4 days in customs clearance, particularly in Sydney and Melbourne. Also to let you know, Melbourne observed a public holiday last week, contributing to the challenges we’re facing.
